Portstrong Kids
PortStrong Kids program is unique to any other kids fitness program. Over 6 weeks we educate and train kids between the ages of 6 - 14 years old how to exercise in a gym and nutrition basics. Many kids are not motivated by team sports, our program allows children to learn the benefits of training in a gym from a young age and have fun doing it! Using various fitness methods of actual gym training principles, catered for children, we coach kids on safe and effective use of gym training. What makes our program most unique from any other kids program is we offer nutrition education in every session throughout the program. We understand that learning the benefits of exercise and nutrition should start from a young age. Kids can now learn and understand what mum and dad are doing in the gym and why exercise and nutrition are so important to our everyday choices.
