Accountability: Let’s face it, self motivation is tough and usually short lived. If you are relying on hope and a little bit of work to get you results then you might be heading down a disappointing path. Trainers are there to keep you on track, motivated and performing so you achieve your results the fastest and most effective way possible.
Technique & Safety: Too many times we see incorrect technique performed, and over time, causing injuries. A trainer can ensure you execute good weight training techniques and develop proper weight training habits safely and effectively. Poor technique is often the result of injury and lack of achieved results. Trainers are technicians when it comes to weight training and biomechanical movement.
Consistency: The number one attribute to achieving results is consistency. An appointment with your trainer every week will ensure you are consistent week in and week out and moving forwards towards achieving your goals.
Knowledge: Knowledge is power however, applied knowledge equals results. The right training methods to match your goals is the fastest way to achieving them. A trainer will customize and tweak training methods to ensure you are constantly making progress and achieving results.
Goal Setting & Achieving: Want to run your first 5km? Run a marathon? Learn how to deadlift? Lose 10kg by Christmas? Whatever your goal is a Professional Trainer will realistically plan, discuss, assess and measure goals and continual progress until it has been achieved.
Individual Program: Achieving results is customized. Got an injury? Play a particularly sport? Have a health condition which requires you to lose weight? A Trainer will customize an individual program based on your unique situation and catered to your unique requirements.

Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina. Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, while working at an intense pace.
StrengthFit

Intensity Level: Moderate
Strength Fit is our weights training class targeted towards learning and developing correct strength training exercise and principles to achieve a full body weights workout. If you are new to weight training or want to learn how to lift this class is a great one to get you started.
HIIT Fitness
Fitness Level: All
Intensity Level: High
Drills, challenges, partner work, group work and all sorts of exercise enhanced activities that will not only challenge your heart rate but become a conversation starter. No two sessions are the same, these drills are a fast way to develop fit friend bonds.
SUPER SATURDAY
Fitness Level: 12month+
Intensity: Mod-High
Are you up for a challenge? Super Saturday delivers full body workout using hypertrophy style strength training along with high intensity functional cardio training in 45min. An excellent class to challenge your fitness and develop strength.
Fit Forever Club
Fitness Levels: All
Intensity Level: Low-Mod
This program aims to focus on improving balance, flexibility, bone density, cardiovascular endurance and strength. Targeted for the 60yr + each individual works at their own pace to progress gradually. Exercises are adjusted to individual needs and delivered by an experienced trainer. As part of the Fit Forever program these specialized group sessions are included in memberships.
Fit Forever members can enjoy access to the gym in addition to these classes anytime between Mon – Fri 8am-4pm. For $14.95 per week with no commitment, join online and receive a FREE gym program to help you get started. Select Fit Forever membership below and follow the prompts.

Can’t get to a class? We have you covered. Our Fitness on Demand room allows you to choose from hundreds of different workouts, anytime. Select from an iPad and have your own personalized instructor take you through a spin class, yoga session or dance class in our Virtual Room, available for members anytime! You can opt for a 10min, 30min or 45min workout, the choice is yours, with so many various training styles Fitness on Demand has your body covered from high intensity to recovery.
